Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Budapest: Armchair by Elisa Sighicelli was sold in the ITALIA Theme Sale auction at Phillips in London in June 2010. The price achieved of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,840.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Elisa Sighicelli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Iceland: Bathroom in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,019.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Budapest: Armchair von Elisa Sighicelli wurde im Juni 2010 in der Auktion ITALIA Theme Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 6.840,52) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Elisa Sighicelli auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Iceland: Bathroom im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.019,16).
