The work "Optochromi". by Eric H. Olson was sold in the Modern Art + Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2021. It achieved a price of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,924.23), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Eric H. Olson; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Optochromi - A4" sold at auction in May 2011 with the realized price of SEK 92,000.00 (€ 10,354.48).

Die Arbeit "Optochromi". von Eric H. Olson wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.924,23) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Eric H. Olson; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Optochromi - A4" im Mai 2011 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 92.000,00 (€ 10.354,48).
