Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Motif from David Bagares street, Stockholm by Eric Hallström was sold in the Spring Modern Auction, Stockholm auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 11,000.00 (€ 1,288.12) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eric Hallström achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Tegelbacken" (Tegelbacken, Stockholm) in October 2013 with an auction result of SEK 1,100,000.00 (€ 127,041.34).

Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 11.000,00 (€ 1.288,12) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
