Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Frutta O Natura Morta by Felice Casorati was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Milan in November 2009. The price achieved of EUR 70,350.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Felice Casorati have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lo studio in November 2008 with an auction result of EUR 605,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Frutta O Natura Morta von Felice Casorati wurde im November 2009 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 70.350,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Felice Casorati auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lo studio im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 605.600,00.
