Auction result well in line with expectations
The work MUSIC AND SONG BY THE MOUNTAIN STREAM by Fung Yat-Fung was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2016. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 6,092.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Fung Yat-Fung have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work SPARKLING PLUM BLOSSOMS in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 28,546.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit MUSIC AND SONG BY THE MOUNTAIN STREAM von Fung Yat-Fung kam im November 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 6.092,83) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fung Yat-Fung auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit SPARKLING PLUM BLOSSOMS im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 250.000,00 (€ 28.546,64).
