Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work J'Y Arriverai by Gérard Schlosser for EUR 9,375.00. This price was achieved in the auction Now ! at Sothebys in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Gérard Schlosser have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work J'Ai Envie De Moules in May 2012 with an auction result of GBP 58,850.00 (€ 73,324.51).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit J'Y Arriverai von Gérard Schlosser für EUR 9.375,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Now ! bei Sothebys in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gérard Schlosser auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit J'Ai Envie De Moules im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 58.850,00 (€ 73.324,51).
