Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cacciatore by Giuseppe Migneco was sold in the ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA auction at Christies in Milan in May 2001. The price achieved of ITL 3,675,000.00 (€ 3,477.23) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as ITL 3,000,000.00 – 4,000,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Migneco achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La pescatrice in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 42,300,000.00 (€ 36,277.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cacciatore von Giuseppe Migneco wurde im Mai 2001 in der Auktion ARTE MODERNA E CONTEMPORANEA bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von ITL 3.675.000,00 (€ 3.477,23) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit ITL 3.000.000,00 – 4.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Migneco erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La pescatrice im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 42.300.000,00 (€ 36.277,87).
