Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Aus: Les Marionettes. by Hans Bellmer was auctioned at VAN HAM in February last year. The price achieved of EUR 370.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hans Bellmer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Self-Portrait With Die Puppe in October 2012 with an auction result of USD 374,500.00 (€ 289,010.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Aus: Les Marionettes. von Hans Bellmer kam im Februar letzten Jahres bei VAN HAM zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 370,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hans Bellmer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Self-Portrait With Die Puppe im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 374.500,00 (€ 289.010,65).
