It achieved a price of CHF 1,125.00 (€ 1,044.83), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 41%. Admittedly, works by Hans Coray have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Los von zwei Landi-Stühlen, 1939 in September 2012 with an auction result of CHF 5,760.00 (€ 4,766.25).

Die Arbeit Two Landi-chairs von Hans Coray kam im September 2020 bei Christies in Zürich (Online) zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von CHF 1.125,00 (€ 1.044,83) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 41%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans Coray auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Los von zwei Landi-Stühlen, 1939 im September 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 5.760,00 (€ 4.766,25).
