Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Henri Le Sidaner achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in October 2020. In the Art moderne auction, the work Le Canal au crépuscule, Nemours sold for EUR 65,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Le Sidaner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Sérénade, Venise in November last year with an auction result of USD 2,100,000.00 (€ 2,034,292.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Henri Le Sidaner erzielte im Oktober 2020 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art moderne wurde die Arbeit Le Canal au crépuscule, Nemours für EUR 65.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henri Le Sidaner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Sérénade, Venise im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.100.000,00 (€ 2.034.292,36).
