Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Les belles au parc Monceau by Henri Brispot was auctioned at Christies in Paris in December 2006. The price achieved of EUR 11,400.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Henri Brispot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work En Province in July 2019 with an auction result of GBP 87,500.00 (€ 96,069.18).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 11.400,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henri Brispot auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit En Province im Juli 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 87.500,00 (€ 96.069,18).
