Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Windy Bunny Porcelain by Hiroyuki Matsuura was sold in the FIRST OPEN | Hong Kong auction at Christies in Hong Kong in March 2016. It changed hands for a price of HKD 37,500.00 (€ 4,243.85) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 25,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hiroyuki Matsuura achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Akatsuki in May 2008 with an auction result of HKD 2,647,500.00 (€ 217,959.35).
