Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Zoon: Dreamscape No.0829 by Huang Zhiyang was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2013. The price achieved of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 14,234.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Huang Zhiyang - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lover'S Library Series (Set Of Two) Nadja + Peter; Autumn + Jack, which sold at auction in October 2007 for HKD 391,500.00 (€ 34,907.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Zoon: Dreamscape No.0829 von Huang Zhiyang kam im Oktober 2013 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 14.234,22) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Huang Zhiyang mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lover'S Library Series (Set Of Two) Nadja + Peter; Autumn + Jack beobachtet, die im Oktober 2007 für HKD 391.500,00 (€ 34.907,04) versteigert wurde.
