Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lady by Huang Ming-Che was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2010. The price achieved of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 9,880.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Ming-Che achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pose in May 2008 with an auction result of HKD 1,807,500.00 (€ 148,805.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lady von Huang Ming-Che kam im November 2010 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 9.880,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Ming-Che erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pose im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.807.500,00 (€ 148.805,11).
