Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March this year Phillips in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale, which included the work Bubbles by Huang Yuxing. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 2,500,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 2,667,000.00 (€ 312,278.42). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yuxing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seven Treasure Pines in December 2021 with an auction result of HKD 64,830,000.00 (€ 7,343,352.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Phillips in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bubbles von Huang Yuxing zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 2.500.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 2.667.000,00 (€ 312.278,42) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yuxing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seven Treasure Pines im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 64.830.000,00 (€ 7.343.352,18).
