This artwork by Ian Meyer achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Paris in December 2019. In the Contemporary Art Online ǀ Paris auction, the work Ph Ii sold for EUR 1,375.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 700.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ian Meyer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans titre, which sold at auction in October 2017 for EUR 4,375.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Ian Meyer erzielte im Dezember 2019 bei Sothebys in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Online ǀ Paris wurde die Arbeit Ph Ii für EUR 1.375,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ian Meyer mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans titre beobachtet, die im Oktober 2017 für EUR 4.375,00 versteigert wurde.
