This artwork by Inti Castro achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in December 2020. In the Urban & Pop Contemporary auction, the work Kusillo Utopico - 2011 sold for EUR 5,850.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Inti Castro have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Heart - 2015 in October 2015 with an auction result of EUR 25,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 95 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Inti Castro erzielte im Dezember 2020 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary wurde die Arbeit Kusillo Utopico - 2011 für EUR 5.850,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Inti Castro auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Heart - 2015 im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 25.000,00.
