A top price for Izima Kaoru
In May 2012 Sothebys in London held the auction The Gunter Sachs Collection Day Auction, which included the work Tominaga Ai Wears Prada, #401, 2004 by Izima Kaoru. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 20,246.79). With this result, Tominaga Ai Wears Prada, #401, 2004 is even the most expensive work of art by Izima Kaoru that we have observed at auctions so far.
