Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Search & Stop, which included the work 1974 : "Kraftwerk'S Autobahn" - 2007 by James Jarvis. The price achieved of EUR 650.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 500.00 – 750.00. Admittedly, works by James Jarvis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Three Works) in May 2021 with an auction result of HKD 27,720.00 (€ 2,930.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Search & Stop durch, in der auch die Arbeit 1974 : "Kraftwerk'S Autobahn" - 2007 von James Jarvis zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 650,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 500,00 – 750,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von James Jarvis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Three Works) im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 27.720,00 (€ 2.930,22).
