Auction result well in line with expectations
The work In the greenhouse by Lennart Jirlow was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2014. It changed hands for a price of SEK 120,000.00 (€ 12,938.55) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of SEK 100,000.00 – 125,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lennart Jirlow have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cycling in Provence in April 2016 with an auction result of SEK 500,000.00 (€ 54,409.58).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit In the greenhouse von Lennart Jirlow kam im Oktober 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von SEK 120.000,00 (€ 12.938,55) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 100.000,00 – 125.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lennart Jirlow auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cycling in Provence im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 500.000,00 (€ 54.409,58).
