Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2013 Koller held the auction PostWar & Contemporary, which included the work Filetage jaunatre. IV. 1963. by Leo Leuppi. The price achieved of CHF 2,400.00 (€ 1,956.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Leo Leuppi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Stilleben mit Guitarre, 1931 in November 2002 with an auction result of CHF 27,485.00 (€ 18,624.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2013 führte Koller die Auktion PostWar & Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Filetage jaunatre. IV. 1963. von Leo Leuppi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 2.400,00 (€ 1.956,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Leo Leuppi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Stilleben mit Guitarre, 1931 im November 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 27.485,00 (€ 18.624,05).
