Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Levalet achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in February 2015. In the Urban Art auction, the work Dependances - 2014 sold for EUR 4,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Levalet; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Placebo sold at auction in December 2016 with the realized price of EUR 5,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Levalet erzielte im Februar 2015 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Urban Art wurde die Arbeit Dependances - 2014 für EUR 4.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Levalet; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Placebo im Dezember 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 5.000,00.
