Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fruit by Li Chaoshi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2008. It changed hands for a price of HKD 727,500.00 (€ 59,892.51) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 500,000.00 – 800,000.00. Other works by Li Chaoshi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2017 the work Stapelia Pulchella was auctioned for HKD 613,600.00 (€ 67,533.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fruit von Li Chaoshi kam im Mai 2008 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 727.500,00 (€ 59.892,51) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 500.000,00 – 800.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Li Chaoshi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2017 die Arbeit Stapelia Pulchella für HKD 613.600,00 (€ 67.533,93) versteigert.
