The work Landscape No.4 by Liu Wei was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in June 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 3,024,000.00 (€ 328,484.81), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 37%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Liu Wei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Revolutionary Family Series (Triptych) in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 38,840,000.00 (€ 4,375,907.70).

Die Arbeit Landscape No.4 von Liu Wei kam im Juni 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 3.024.000,00 (€ 328.484,81) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 37%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Liu Wei erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Revolutionary Family Series (Triptych) im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 38.840.000,00 (€ 4.375.907,70).
