A top price for Lotta - as previously expected
This work without title by Lotta was sold in the Cherry PickedModern & Contemporary Art Online auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in September last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 4,000.00 – 5,500.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 4,080.00 (€ 530.90) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Lotta that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Lotta wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion Cherry PickedModern & Contemporary Art Online bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 4.000,00 – 5.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 4.080,00 (€ 530,90) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Lotta, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
