Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Luisa Lambri could be acquired at Bonhams in New York in October last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Children's Cancer & Blood Foundation Charity Auction auction, the work Untitled (Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum #23) changed hands for USD 892.50 (€ 898.43) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luisa Lambri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Absolutely necessary) in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 11,780.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Luisa Lambri konnte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Children's Cancer & Blood Foundation Charity Auction wechselte die Arbeit Untitled (Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum #23) für USD 892,50 (€ 898,43) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luisa Lambri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Absolutely necessary) im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.780,00.
