Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Calm Cove by Lynne Drexler was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 6,000,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 6,174,000.00 (€ 724,488.45). Other works by Lynne Drexler have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 1,500,000.00 (€ 1,397,819.40) in May last year for the work Herbert's Garden.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calm Cove von Lynne Drexler kam im November diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 6.000.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 6.174.000,00 (€ 724.488,45) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Lynne Drexler haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.500.000,00 (€ 1.397.819,40) im Mai letzten Jahres für die Arbeit Herbert's Garden beobachtet.
