Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Blah Blah Blah by Mel Bochner was auctioned at Bonhams in London in October 2020. It achieved a price of GBP 13,812.50 (€ 15,337.60), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 15%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mel Bochner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blah, Blah, Blah in July 2020 with an auction result of USD 187,500.00 (€ 159,249.19).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Blah Blah Blah von Mel Bochner kam im Oktober 2020 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 13.812,50 (€ 15.337,60) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 15%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mel Bochner erzielen.
