Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Le peniche by Michel Dureuil was sold in the Modern British and Irish Art auction at Christies in London in March 2015. It changed hands for a price of GBP 750.00 (€ 1,036.91) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Michel Dureuil have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le port d'Antibes in March 2015 with an auction result of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,912.76).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Le peniche von Michel Dureuil wurde im März 2015 in der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 750,00 (€ 1.036,91) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Michel Dureuil auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le port d'Antibes im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 6.912,76).
