The work 'Jimmy Paulette And Taboo! In The Bathroom', Nyc, 1991 by Nan Goldin was sold in the Photographs auction at Sothebys in London in October 2020. The price achieved of GBP 10,080.00 (€ 11,192.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nan Goldin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Thanksgiving in May 2002 with an auction result of USD 284,500.00 (€ 304,636.47).

Die Arbeit 'Jimmy Paulette And Taboo! In The Bathroom', Nyc, 1991 von Nan Goldin wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion Photographs bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.080,00 (€ 11.192,98) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nan Goldin erzielen.
