Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work Colonies, 2002 by Olga Chernysheva for EUR 2,250.00. This price was achieved in the auction REGARDS CROISÉS : COLLECTION JEAN-FRANÇOIS & MARIE-ALINE PRAT - DAY SALE at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Olga Chernysheva have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Desert "La Pastorale" in November 2013 with an auction result of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 19,554.70).

Im Oktober 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Colonies, 2002 von Olga Chernysheva für EUR 2.250,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion REGARDS CROISÉS : COLLECTION JEAN-FRANÇOIS & MARIE-ALINE PRAT - DAY SALE bei Christies in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Olga Chernysheva auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Desert "La Pastorale" im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 19.554,70).
