Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Osinachi could be acquired at Christies in October 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the First Open: Post-War & Contemporary Art Online auction, the work Pool Day II changed hands for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,580.07) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Osinachi have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2021 by the work Man in a Pool III at GBP 50,000.00 (€ 59,236.50).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Osinachi konnte im Oktober 2021 bei Christies für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion First Open: Post-War & Contemporary Art Online wechselte die Arbeit Pool Day II für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 32.580,07) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Osinachi wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober 2021 die Arbeit Man in a Pool III mit GBP 50.000,00 (€ 59.236,50).
