Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Man in a Pool II by Osinachi for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,618.25). This price was achieved in the auction First Open: Post-War & Contemporary Art Online at Christies and was even below the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Osinachi have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2021 by the work Man in a Pool III at GBP 50,000.00 (€ 59,236.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Man in a Pool II von Osinachi für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 29.618,25) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion First Open: Post-War & Contemporary Art Online bei Christies erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Osinachi wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober 2021 die Arbeit Man in a Pool III mit GBP 50.000,00 (€ 59.236,50).
