A top price for Oyan Wen-Yuen
This artwork by Oyan Wen-Yuen achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2018. In the Modern Asian Art auction, the work Paint sold for HKD 106,250.00 (€ 11,963.91) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00. This high result makes Paint the most expensive artwork by Oyan Wen-Yuen that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Oyan Wen-Yuen erzielte im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Asian Art wurde die Arbeit Paint für HKD 106.250,00 (€ 11.963,91) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00.
