Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year VAN HAM held the auction (Hi)storytelling | ONLINE ONLY, which included the work Brandung. by Rainer Fetting. The price achieved of EUR 476.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rainer Fetting achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rotes Mauerbild [Red Wall Picture|AID701315] in May last year with an auction result of USD 252,000.00 (€ 234,833.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion (Hi)storytelling | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch die Arbeit Brandung. von Rainer Fetting zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 476,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 400,00 – 600,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rainer Fetting erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rotes Mauerbild [Red Wall Picture|AID701315] im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 252.000,00 (€ 234.833,66).
