Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Ray Parker was auctioned at Bonhams in London in December this year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,664.00 (€ 1,916.86). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ray Parker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May this year with an auction result of USD 166,695.00 (€ 156,462.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ray Parker kam im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.664,00 (€ 1.916,86) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ray Parker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 166.695,00 (€ 156.462,36).
