Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work „Funerali di Togliatti (bozzetto)“. by Renato Guttuso was auctioned at Grisebach in July 2020. It achieved a price of EUR 17,500.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Renato Guttuso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aranceto Notturno in March last year with an auction result of GBP 170,100.00 (€ 201,672.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit „Funerali di Togliatti (bozzetto)“. von Renato Guttuso kam im Juli 2020 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 17.500,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Renato Guttuso erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aranceto Notturno im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 170.100,00 (€ 201.672,69).
