Auction result well in line with expectations
The work De Revue Passeren by René Daniels was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2013. The price achieved of EUR 5,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by René Daniels achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Eindelijk in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 269,000.00 (€ 241,580.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit De Revue Passeren von René Daniels wurde im April 2013 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von René Daniels erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Eindelijk im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 269.000,00 (€ 241.580,60).
