The work St. Lazare, 1947 by René-Jacques was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2017. The result of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,269.03) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by René-Jacques have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November last year the work Place de l’Europe, Paris, hiver 1945 was auctioned for EUR 2,772.00.
