The result of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,437.04) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roger Soubie - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work De Chamonix Au Montenvers, which sold at auction in January 2014 for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,138.89).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.437,04) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Roger Soubie mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit De Chamonix Au Montenvers beobachtet, die im Januar 2014 für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 9.138,89) versteigert wurde.
