Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work East Village Beijing No. 26; & 1997 No. 1(1) by Rong Rong was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2017. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,250.00 (€ 2,892.49). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rong Rong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rong Rong'S East Village, 1993-1998 (Set Of Forty Prints) in October 2010 with an auction result of HKD 475,000.00 (€ 44,101.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit East Village Beijing No. 26; & 1997 No. 1(1) von Rong Rong kam im Mai 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.250,00 (€ 2.892,49) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rong Rong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rong Rong'S East Village, 1993-1998 (Set Of Forty Prints) im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 475.000,00 (€ 44.101,77).
