This artwork by Stefanie Heinze achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in October this year. In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale auction, the work Median (Fin Fatale) sold for GBP 165,100.00 (€ 189,580.67) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 80,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Stefanie Heinze; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Third Date sold at auction in November this year with the realized price of USD 239,400.00 (€ 219,471.95).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Stefanie Heinze erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale wurde die Arbeit Median (Fin Fatale) für GBP 165.100,00 (€ 189.580,67) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 80.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Stefanie Heinze; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Third Date im November diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 239.400,00 (€ 219.471,95).
