It achieved a price of HKD 54,000.00 (€ 6,530.28), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Takashi Murakami achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work My Lonesome Cowboy in May 2008 with an auction result of USD 15,161,000.00 (€ 9,743,573.26).
