Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Children and buffalo by Trần Văn Thọ was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 10,080.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Trần Văn Thọ - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Couturière (Lady In Couture), which sold at auction in April 2019 for HKD 275,000.00 (€ 31,303.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Children and buffalo von Trần Văn Thọ kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 10.080,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Trần Văn Thọ mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Couturière (Lady In Couture) beobachtet, die im April 2019 für HKD 275.000,00 (€ 31.303,01) versteigert wurde.
