Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Young woman and deers by Trần Văn Thọ was sold in the Indochine auction at Sothebys in Paris in April last year. The price achieved of EUR 3,780.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Trần Văn Thọ have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Couturière (Lady In Couture) in April 2019 with an auction result of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 31,303.01).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Young woman and deers von Trần Văn Thọ wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion Indochine bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.780,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Trần Văn Thọ auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Couturière (Lady In Couture) im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 31.303,01).
