This artwork by Vera Molnar achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in December last year. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction, the work Quadrillé au crayon - 2002 sold for EUR 17,056.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vera Molnar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 2% of disorder in co-operation #01 in April last year with an auction result of USD 138,600.00 (€ 131,536.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 90 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Vera Molnar erzielte im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Quadrillé au crayon - 2002 für EUR 17.056,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 9.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vera Molnar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 2% of disorder in co-operation #01 im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 138.600,00 (€ 131.536,49).
