Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Six Works From The Wedding Of Sweepers Series by Vladimir Kupriyanov for GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,942.30). This price was achieved in the auction Changing Focus - A Collection of Russian and Eastern European Contemporary Photography at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Vladimir Kupriyanov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cast Me Not Away From Your Presence in March 2008 with an auction result of GBP 70,100.00 (€ 88,062.99).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Six Works From The Wedding Of Sweepers Series von Vladimir Kupriyanov für GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.942,30) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Changing Focus - A Collection of Russian and Eastern European Contemporary Photography bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vladimir Kupriyanov auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cast Me Not Away From Your Presence im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 70.100,00 (€ 88.062,99).
