Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sunrise in Northeast Coast, Taiwan by Yang San-Lang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2010. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 600,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 680,000.00 (€ 67,186.25). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yang San-Lang - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sunrise, which sold at auction in May 2007 for HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 251,381.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sunrise in Northeast Coast, Taiwan von Yang San-Lang kam im November 2010 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 600.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 680.000,00 (€ 67.186,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Yang San-Lang mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sunrise beobachtet, die im Mai 2007 für HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 251.381,85) versteigert wurde.
