Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Nara Yoshitomo achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in March 2016. In the FIRST OPEN | Hong Kong auction, the work Mori Girl sold for HKD 175,000.00 (€ 19,804.65) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 85,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nara Yoshitomo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Knife Behind Back in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 195,969,000.00 (€ 22,398,966.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Nara Yoshitomo erzielte im März 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion FIRST OPEN | Hong Kong wurde die Arbeit Mori Girl für HKD 175.000,00 (€ 19.804,65) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 85.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nara Yoshitomo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Knife Behind Back im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 195.969.000,00 (€ 22.398.966,83).
