Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Clarinetist In The Snow by Yosl Bergner was sold in the Israeli and International Art auction at Sothebys in New York in November 2019. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,250.00 (€ 2,949.45). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yosl Bergner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Kushan (The Deed) in December 2018 with an auction result of USD 162,500.00 (€ 141,847.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Clarinetist In The Snow von Yosl Bergner wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Israeli and International Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.250,00 (€ 2.949,45) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yosl Bergner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Kushan (The Deed) im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 162.500,00 (€ 141.847,07).
